Initially only a manufacturer of Crispy Fried Chicken Coating Mix, we realised that our customers found joy frying chicken at home due to the simplicity of making this traditionally time-consuming dish. Not only it saves the family unnecessary costs from dining out, it also brings the family together and closer.

Preparation Method:

1 Mix chicken with Bestari® Crispy Fried Chicken Coating Mix powder and water. Set aside for 30 minutes.
2 Coat chicken again with Bestari® Crispy Fried Chicken Coating Mix powder.
3 Fry the coated chicken at oil temperature 180°C until golden brown color. Ready to serve.

Suggestion :

1kg Bestari® Crispy Fried Chicken Coating Mix powder can fry approximately 3kg of chicken.
