1KG Bestari Crispy Fried Chicken Coating Mix powder can fry apporximately 3kg of Chicken.
Preparation and Storage:
1. Mix chicken with Bestari® Crispy Fried Chicken Coating Mix powder and water. Set aside for 30 minutes.
2. Coat chicken again with Bestari® Crispy Fried Chicken Coating Mix powder.
3. Fry the coated chicken at oil temperature 180°C until golden brown color.
Ready to serve.
