Preparation Method
- Mix Adabi Pancake Mix with 300ml of water, 30ml cooking oil and 1 egg. Stir for 90 seconds until the mixture is well blended.
- Heat griddle on medium heat. Grease it lightly with oil. Pancake will stick if the griddle is too cool.
- Cook for 90 seconds on medium heat or until bubbles break the surface. Flip and cook for another 90 seconds or until the colour turns golden brown.
- Serve while hot with honey / jam / maple syrup.
