Return & Exchange Policy

You can return and exchange faulty/damaged/spoiled goods purchased through Fresh Grocer Online Website. Return and exchange of certain goods within certain period (please refer the table below):

Perishable goods. (Example : Meat, vegetable, fruit, poultry)Within 2 hours after purchase.1 to 3 days after complain/report.
Non-Perishable goods. (Example : Toiletries, cleaning, food product)Within 2 days after purchase.1 to 3 days after complain/report.

You may complain/report to Customer Service department at 03-9226 5451 or WhatsApp to 012-968 5051 or email to ecommerce@freshgrocer.my or return to Customer Service Counter at Pasaraya Fresh Grocer and please bring along invoice/receipt (proof of purchase) for exchange.

Exchange of goods allowed for same goods, same size and same weight only.
