NONA KETUPAT MINI
Instant ketupat conveniently packed in small packs of 20g, its easy and quick to prepare. Suitable for families or individuals and best served with satay, serunding, rendang, lontong, soto etc.
How to use:
1 Boil: Rinse rice packet, then boil with water covering rice packets for 60-90 minutes while turning it over and over. (The rice packets can expand up to 4 times the original size.) You may add water during intervals to assure the water level is always covering the rice packets.
2 Dice: Drain the rice packets when it's cooked. Leave it to cool for 2-3 hours before cutting into cubes. For immediate serving, cool it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3 Serve: Ideal for serving with satay, lontong, soto and rendang.
